Boys golf for today at Cameron has also been postponed for this evening.
Chillicothe High School Sports Postponements - Updated Information
Boys tennis at home vs. Carrollton has been rescheduled for April 20 at 4:00 pm.
Baseball at home vs. Richmond has been rescheduled for March 30 at 4:30 pm.
The home track meet for today has been postponed and will be rescheduled for Friday, March 25 at 4:00 pm.
Boys golf at Cameron is still on for this evening and a decision will be made this afternoon.
The Chillicothe High School baseball games for this evening with Savanah at Shaffer Park have been postponed, girls soccer at Sedalia Smith Cotton is still scheduled to be played on turf at Sedalia this evening.
Reminder! There will be a senior moms' planning meeting for the Senior Breakfast on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:30-6:00 in the high school library. The Senior Breakfast is a CHS tradition sponsored by the Senior Moms and will be held Friday, May 6th, at the United Methodist Church Christian Life Center.

Congratulations to Josie Coplen, Lyla Oesch, and Maria Delgado-Jones, they are the R.A.K.E. award winners for the past few school days. They were identified doing the following;
Lyla and Josie volunteered their Saturday to help the MEC Fine Arts Festival art judges mark and tag the work with ribbons during the MEC Arts Conference.
Maria helped a teacher put up the chairs in the classroom without being asked. The teacher appreciated her help!

Class of 2026 Freshman Enrollment Information:
We are so excited for Freshman Enrollment tonight at 6 in the CHS Commons! Please come ready to determine what classes you will be taking next year. We will walk you through the process and talk about the opportunity the A+ scholarship offers as well. I am hopeful it will only take approximately an hour.
If you were planning on coming Thursday, March 10th, we have decided to move enrollment that night to Wednesday, March 9th due to the impending weather forecast.

Congratulations to Chillicothe High School student Delanie Montes for receiving the People's Choice Award for her artwork at the first-ever MEC Conference Fine Arts Festival on Saturday hosted in Chillicothe.
The National Honor Society induction at Chillicothe High School will go on as scheduled this evening, Monday, March 7, at the performing arts center at 6:30 pm.
The Chillicothe R-II School District and Chillicothe High School will not be in session on Monday, March 7 due to the snow that has fallen.

CHS Key Club is gearing up for prom season! They have organized their Cinderella's closet and it is ready for the perfect fit! Sizes 0-18 available as well as some shoes and accessories! Key Clubbers also are making rounds to pick up donations for the After Prom party held in the high school commons. All donations from snacks to cash and prizes are welcome.
