The state-bound Chillicothe lady hornets will be escorted through town down 65 highway at approximately 8:45 am this morning as they make their way to Mizzou Arena for the girls' basketball state final four! Feel free to greet them and send them off if you have the time in your busy schedule.
Today is a "red out" at Mizzou Arena, wear red if attending the game this evening.
We believe the home section at Mizzou Arena will be section 106 and part of 107 with the pep section being part of 107 and 108.

Chillicothe High School Girls Basketball Final Four Information:
All tickets for the girls' basketball MSHSAA Final Four will be digital and sold on the mshsaa.org web page and will be available soon. Chillicothe will be the home team no matter what because of the way the bracket sits on Wednesday and for either game TBD on Thursday. That means that the Chillicothe pep section will be in sections 107 and 108 in green in the attached image. The home section seating is most likely in 107 and the east half or right half of 106. The team bench will be behind section 114. It would be best if Chillicothe fans tried to sit together where and when possible.
If you would like a shirt for the final 4 games, please see the attached image for more information on the red shirt that the Hornet Mom's are selling. The Booster Club will also be selling red shirts this Monday evening from 5:30-7:00 pm for spring sports Meet the Hornets at CHS in the commons.
CHS students, we will plan to provide pep buses for the state semifinal game on Wednesday evening, permission forms will need to be signed in advance by the student and parent before riding on the bus Wednesday. Forms will be available in the office.
The girl's state semifinal on Wednesday will be "red out" in theme at Mizzou Arena. The Chillicothe Booster Club will be selling these red shirts at Meet the Hornets for spring sports on Monday. If you are not already a Booster Club member, please consider joining at this event as the Booster Club enhances our students experience. A big THANK YOU! to the Chillicothe Booster Club. With their support, we were able to need and provide three pep buses for students to attend the state quarterfinal girls basketball game at Notre Dame de Sion with over 100 students riding to support the team. The Chillicothe Booster Club was instrumental in providing help for students to attend the game and have free pizza for the trip. If you are not already a member, spring sports Meet the Hornets is Monday evening, March 11, with doors opening at 5:30 pm and players being introduced at 7:00 pm in the CHS gym.
