Chillicothe High School Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday, October 22, from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.  The first quarter ends this Friday, October 16th.

For the first time, these conferences will be held virtually as the preferred method. Teachers will be setting up a time to meet with the parents of students that are in their Advisory period.  Parents will then be provided a link to meet via Google Meet video conference or a Google Meet audio phone conference.  Once you have signed up for a conference and indicated your preferred method, you will receive an email reply from the advisory teacher confirming your time. If you choose to conference via a video call, you will receive a link that you will click on at the time of your conference on Thursday to join the call.  If you choose to conference through a phone call, you will see a phone number and pin number listed in your email. All you have to do is dial this number and enter the pin when prompted and you will be connected to the teacher for the conference.  Please do not delete the email with your conference information.  The teacher will not reach out to you to start the meeting; please join your meeting on time so as to not infringe on time set aside for another conference.

If you wish to conference with an instructor for a specific subject, you may set that up by emailing that particular teacher.

In-person conferences will only be made in a situation with extenuating circumstances.  Please contact the office if you feel this is necessary to further discuss this option.

If you wish to schedule a specific time to meet with a teacher that is not your child’s Advisory teacher, feel free to contact him/her via email.

Be watching for follow-up communication from instructors during the next two weeks. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me by email at or by phone at 660.646.0700. Hornets on Top,
