CHS FCCLA Members Earn State Recognition at Missouri FCCLA Leadership Conference

Chillicothe High School FCCLA members attended the Missouri FCCLA State Leadership Conference March 15–17 in Springfield, Missouri, where they represented CHS with pride through competitive events, leadership activities, and service-focused projects. The CHS chapter and its members returned home with multiple awards and honors.

Chapter Recognition – Power of One

CHS FCCLA earned statewide recognition in the Power of One program, receiving:

  • 2nd PlaceFamilies First (Power of One)

  • 3rd PlaceCommunity Service (Power of One)

  • 3rd PlaceFinancial Fitness (Power of One)

Student Awards and Honors

Several CHS students were recognized for individual achievement and leadership:

  • Kelly Hopper received the Legacy Leader Award and earned the Show-Me Degree

  • Kristi Christy received the Above and Beyond Award

  • Adi Edds, Livia Renken, and Emily Hall earned their Power of 1 Completer Certificate

  • Kelly Hopper and Adrian Caselman earned Silver in Chapter Service Project Portfolio, Level 3

  • Adi Edds and Isabell King earned Silver in Chapter Service Project Display, Level 2

  • Emily Hall earned Silver in Fashion Construction, Level 2, and Silver in the $20 Clothing Skills Challenge

  • Rylei Lester earned Silver in Focus on Children, Level 3

  • Claire Woelfle served as an Honorary Conference Assistant

  • Adi Edds was installed as the Missouri FCCLA State Vice-President of Community Service
