Today, the Chillicothe Elementary fourth grade team, fifth grade team, and gifted classroom were honored to receive the $1000 John Moses Lange STEM grant from the Gifted Association of Missouri. Their submission was titled "Visualizing STEM Elementary Opportunities in Rural Missouri," and the money will be used to purchase digital scopes, a wave machine, an air vacuum, and two document cameras to conduct deeper investigations of visual science topics.
