Always smiling and fully present, she goes beyond the curriculum to teach valuable life lessons, nurture curiosity, and inspire a love of learning. Her collaborative spirit shines as she asks thoughtful questions, shares ideas, and lends a helping hand throughout Chillicothe Elementary School (CES). Miss Hall's creativity is evident in her innovative projects, such as building videos to welcome families back and highlighting special weeks at CES, fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork. Jana Shira has been recognized for her exceptional dedication to student success and professional excellence. She tirelessly facilitates job shadowing and internship opportunities, connecting students with real-world experiences that align with Chillicothe’s commitment to 100% college and career readiness. As a valued member of the district leadership team, Jana contributes strategic insight to advance learner-centered initiatives within the Success-Ready Students Network. This year, she has gone above and beyond by providing critical support for Rooms and Infinite Campus implementation at GRTS, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced educational experiences. Her unwavering commitment, innovative approach, and selfless service exemplify the highest standards of educational leadership.
