CHS Winter Sports Banquets With all of Chillicothe High School’s winter sports programs having completed their 2008-09 seasons, the annual postseason awards banquets to recognize and honor the athletes have been scheduled, a CHS spokesperson informed the C-T Thursday. First to be held will be the wrestling banquet. It is set for next Thursday, March 5, at 6 p.m. in the CHS commons. The basketball event for both the girls’ and boys’ programs won’t be until St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17, also at 6 p.m. in the school commons. The cost for the public to attend either event will be $7, the spokesperson reported. In order to be the most efficient in the amount of catered food prepared, advance reservations are needed. They may be made by calling 660-646-0700 or stopping by the high school office during school hours. |
