A special
edition commemorating the old Chillicothe High School building on
Calhoun Street is now available for purchase at the
Constitution-Tribune business office. The edition features photographs
and interviews of former teachers, administrators and students. The
building, constructed in 1924, is slated for demolition this summer.
The edition sells for 75 cents.

Class
of 1988
The CHS Class of 1988 held their 20-year reunion the weekend of June 27-28, 2008. The weekend began with a family picnic Friday night. Due to inclement weather, the picnic was moved from Simpson Park to the Chillicothe Middle School commons area. On Saturday evening, a banquet was held at the Chillicothe Country Club. There were approximately 54 class members in attendance, including one who
traveled from Germany!

may purchase the booklet for $5 plus postage. There is a very limited supply left.

Class of 1983
Date: June 21, 2003
A tour of the old high school was held from 2-3 p.m. At 6 p.m., classmates met in front of
the old high school for a group photo. The Knights of Columbus Hall was the location for
food, drinks, and a DJ. A silent auction raised money for future reunions and memorial
contributions.

We are putting
together a book with classmates' addresses, emails, kids names and ages, spouses, and a
brief statement of what you have been up to. The book is included in the reunion
registration. However, if you were unable to attend, you may purchase a book for only $10.
We will mail it to you after the reunion.
A golf tournament was also held.
Shawn Benson planned to have photos of classmates' families, kids, vacations, homes, etc.,

Class of 1993
The 10-year reunion was held August
15-16 in Chillicothe. On Friday, August 15, the class met at Chance's. On Saturday, August
16, there was a tour of the new high school. A family picnic was held in Simpson Park,
with a buffet and dance held at the Elk's Lodge. For information about future reunions,

Booster
Club Information
Chillicothe Booster Club
Mission Statement
The Booster Club was established as a support group to encourage parent and community
participation and to raise funds to enhance and expand the Athletic programs that are
available to each individual student at Chillicothe High School. The Booster Club feels
strongly that parent and community involvement during the high school years can be a key
to the success of the individual student.

The Booster Club
meets four times per year in the CHS Commons on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited!

Representatives
Thanks to all our members this year for supporting our sports programs.
In July, 2004,
the Booster Club voted to purchase a trailer to be used for
Softball/Baseball to transport and store equipment. Shelving and
storage racks are being built inside. In May, 2005, the trailer will
be painted with a Hornet design.
February, 2005,
the Club voted to purchase an indoor pitching machine to be used for
baseball and softball, with wiffle type balls and batter pack so it
can be transported and used any location. The Club also voted to apply
up to $4,000 to the weight room for new racks, bars, and weights for
more stations.
Membership Fund Drive
New memberships are always welcome! Our annual Fund Drive is held in August and September.
